URGENT PATIENT NOTICE - PLEASE READ

We are changing Patient Clinical System the week commencing Monday 24th August. 

Patient Online Access - Due to the clinical system change, online access will temporarily be suspended from Monday 24th August. Emails with new user ID & Passwords will be sent once the system is up and running. Please order medication via POL and contact the surgery for URGENT appointments.

Due to Coronavirus, and for the foreseeable future, we are no longer accepting paper requests for medication or sick notes. Alternative methods can be found within the website.

Test Results

Test Results

Patients should telephone the surgery for results after 3pm only please.

Please allow approximately 5 working days for blood test results and 10 working days for X-rays – unless otherwise notified by your doctor.

Note that the practice has a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection and we will only release test results to the person to whom they relate unless that person has given prior consent for the release of this data or they are not capable of understanding the results.

When you take your test you will be told how long it will be before the results are returned to the practice.

It is your responsibility to check your results and to make an appointment to discuss them with your doctor if your are advised to do so.
