URGENT PATIENT NOTICE - PLEASE READ

We are changing Patient Clinical System the week commencing Monday 24th August. 

Patient Online Access - Due to the clinical system change, online access will temporarily be suspended from Monday 24th August. Emails with new user ID & Passwords will be sent once the system is up and running. Please order medication via POL and contact the surgery for URGENT appointments.

Due to Coronavirus, and for the foreseeable future, we are no longer accepting paper requests for medication or sick notes. Alternative methods can be found within the website.

PHYSIO DIRECT

This is a telephone service offering early advice and support for people with back, neck, joint problems or problems following an injury.

A trained physiotherapist will ask you a number of questions to fully understand your problem. The physiotherapist will discuss the best way of helping you manage this problem.

This may include advice, exercise suggestions or an appointment to look at your problem with a physiotherapist. All Patients needing an appointment are seen according to the priority of their condition.
