We are changing Patient Clinical System the week commencing Monday 24th August. 

Patient Online Access - Due to the clinical system change, online access will temporarily be suspended from Monday 24th August. Emails with new user ID & Passwords will be sent once the system is up and running. Please order medication via POL and contact the surgery for URGENT appointments.

Due to Coronavirus, and for the foreseeable future, we are no longer accepting paper requests for medication or sick notes. Alternative methods can be found within the website.

Antenatal Clinics are held at the surgery on a Monday & Friday afternoon– if you know you are pregnant phone reception to book an appointment with the midwife. 

Baby Clinic run by our health visitors at Bartongate Children’s Centre, Sinope Street on Wednesdays from 10:00 - 11:30am
