Welcome to Bartongate Surgery Online

Bartongate SurgeryBartongate doctors' surgery in Gloucester provides the highest quality healthcare to patients in the area. Our doctors, nurses and all our other staff are dedicated to offering a professional service and this surgery website will help us to keep all our patients up to date with news and information about our practice.

Bartongate Surgery

Due to coronavirus we are operating triage appts with GPs, who will arrange an appointment if deemed necessary.  We aim to keep patients and staff as safe as we possibly can during these pandemic times.

If you wish to know test results please telephone after 3.00pm.

We have had to make changes to the prescription ordering time frame due to increased demand.

All requests now take approximately 72 hours (3 working days) to be processed.

For this reason please request your medication 1 week prior to due date.

Occasionally there may be a delay where medication needs to be discussed with a clinician for approval.

Please allow additional time for bank holidays and weekends as the surgery is closed.

We will not accept medication requests over the telephone, however you can ring the NHS prescription ordering line 0300 421 1215, which is available week days.
